I ordered a desk from Furniturebuzz.com online February 8, 2011. Within 5 minutes they withdrew funds ($221.53) from my checking account.

When I had not received the desk buy the 19th I called their 800 number to inquire as to shipping date, they informed me that they did not have the desk in stock and they had to do a bulk order from their supplier (Sauder) and it would up to another 30 days or so until they would ship.

I cancelled the order and requested a refund of my money. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've called several times and spoke to Anthony and George who inform me that there is nothing they can do! And that it could take up to 30 days to process my refund.

I don't think I will se my money. I've never had a supplier, first, take payment when they are not able to ship and secondly, not refund payment within a day or two following order cancellation.

Monetary Loss: $221.
